The Brasserie is a vibrant and stylish setting that offers a casual dining experience. You can enjoy Breakfast, Morning or Afternoon Tea, Lunch and Dinner in relaxed surroundings

Our head chef Mark de Freitas and his team will prepare dishes that are both modern and classic, carefully sourced from selected suppliers, with emphasis in using the very best in fresh local produce as a general rule. On Sunday in addition to our normal menu we offer a traditional Scottish Roast Beef dish with all the traditional trimmings and a chef's special dessert

The dining experience is complemented by having a comfortable lounge adjacent to the Brasserie where pre dinner drinks can be enjoyed. Its welcoming armchairs, sofas and open fire will make the ideal place to enjoy a glass of probably the best classic malt whisky in Scotland, Glenkinchie, produced just a few miles from the house.
