La Bonne Auberge was established in 1975 in the Park Circus area as Glasgow's first French Mediterranean Brasserie by Hotelier Maurice V Taylor. The ethos of La Bonne Auberge is the same today as it was then, to deliver fantastic food and great service in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, at value for money prices. Today under the guidance of Executive Chef Gerry Sharkey and his award winning team La Bonne Auberge continues to delight as one of Glasgow's finest Restaurants, serving tantalising cuisine inspired by France and the Mediterranean.
