Make it Scotch - 2026 SWPL Final Ticket Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The competition will run across the Make it Scotch and Make it Scotch Education Facebook and Instagram channels
2. To enter via the above social channels, participants must:

• comment on the competition and tag who they would take along to the game with them

1. The winners will be chosen at random.
2. There will be 4 winners of the competition - all entrants from Facebook and Instagram will have equal opportunity to be selected at random as the winner.
3. The winners will receive x4 tickets to the SWPL final, which will be provided in digital format via email
4. Entrants should be aware that certain personal privacy settings on social media platforms may prevent their entry from being seen and thus their entry from being registered, for which the Promoter and Data Controller will not be liable.
5. This promotion is only open to UK residents with a UK address aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Quality Meat Scotland, their family, and any other person directly connected with this promotion.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. Competition starts at 17:00 on 12/03/2026
8. Competition entry closes at 17:00 on 23/03/2026. Entries after this date and time will not be considered.
9. Winners will be contacted by 24/03/2026.
10. Winners will be notified via the social channel through which they entered the competition.
11. No cash or other alternative is offered in place of the prize named in these terms and conditions.
12. The competition prize is for the match tickets only - no travel or other expenses are covered.
13. The prize needs to be accepted within two days of the winner being notified.
14. If the winner does not claim their prize within two days of notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
15. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed.
16. The prizes are non-transferable.
17. Instagram and Facebook do not in any way sponsor, endorse or administer this competition and are in no way associated with it. As such, by entering the competition, entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Twitter from any liability to the entrant which arises from their entry to this competition.
18. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel any or all competitions at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
21. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Scots law and the Scottish Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
