    Add the kale leaves to a large salad bowl. Mix the olive oil, clementine zest and juice, ginger, and pomegranate molasses in a small bowl with a pinch of sea salt flakes and black pepper.

    Pour this over the kale leaves and massage the dressing into the kale leaves, scrunching it up with your hands so the leaves start to soften. Leave to sit for at least 20 minutes at room temperature.

    Add the pomegranate seeds, walnuts and feta, toss together and serve.
