For the meatballs

  • 1
    Combine the following ingredients and roll into ping pong ball sized meatballs: 250g Specially Selected Pork mince, 2tbsp apple sauce, 1tsp cinnamon, half tsp nutmeg, salt and pepper, half diced white onion, 1 finely chopped garlic cloves, handful of crushed panko breadcrumbs

    In a pan, add some butter and fresh sage to make sage butter and fry the meatballs gently in this until cooked through, then leave to one side
