Just Jess Food’s Leftover Scotch Beef, Dijonaise, Gruyère and Rocket Baguettes

    To make your coleslaw, roughly chop or grate your cabbage, onion and carrots.

    In a clean tea towel, add all of the ingredients, turn it into a sack and squeeze out all of the moisture into your sink.

    Add into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add in mayonnaise and 2/3 tsps on Dijon mustard. Add as much or little mayo as you desire for the consistency that you prefer.

    Butter your fresh baguettes or bread of choice, add in your sliced Scotch Beef, and some sliced cheese. You can melt this in the grill or airfryer if you like.

    Add in your coleslaw, rocket and enjoy.
