    Mix the pork mince in a bowl with the hoisin, ginger and garlic until well combined. Divide the mixture into four and press the meat flat onto each tortilla wrap until it almost reaches the edge.

    Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the tacos meat side down for 4-5 minutes until the meat is cooked through and browned on top. Flip the wrap and fry on the other side for a couple of minutes so it is slightly toasted. Repeat with the rest of the tacos.

    Serve with extra hoisin sauce drizzled over the top and garnish with the spring onions, cucumber, coriander and sesame seeds.
