This butter is delicious over a Scotch Beef steak. Just pop it in the pan and watch it melt.

    Place all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Blend together all the ingredients and ensure everything is well combined.

    Shape into a cylinder and roll in cling film.

    Keep wrapped in cling film and chill until needed then slice.

    Tip: The butter will keep for up to 4 days in the fridge and can be frozen.
