    Pre-heat grill to high.

    Mix glaze ingredients together, add steaks, mix well, cover, and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes (if you are in a hurry you can cook straight away).

    Remove and cook under preheated grill (line grill pan with foil as the marinade may catch) for 10 - 12 minutes in total turning occasionally. Turn setting down if glaze begins to catch.
