    Mix the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

    Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

    In a bowl, toss pork strips with cornflour and white pepper coated all over.

    Heat a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add oil, then the pork. Cook for 5 minutes until it is golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    Reduce the heat to medium, add the sliced peppers and spring onions and cook for 2–3 minutes, until just tender.

    Return the pork to the pan. Add the noodles. Pour in the sauce tossing everything together for 1–2 minutes until heated through and coated. Serve with sesame seeds on top and enjoy!
