Apply now for a chance for your secondary school to receive up to £180 to spend on Scotch Beef UK GI, Scotch Lamb UK GI and Prime Scottish Pork from your local Scotch Butcher’s Club member – a collection of butchers who proudly sell the flagship brands of the Scottish red meat industry.
Remember your voucher can be used all at once or you can spread it over a few visits, just have a chat with your chosen butcher about your plan.

Make it Scotch Recipe Cards

Scheme owned and operated by Quality Meat Scotland (QMS).
Voucher to be used for Secondary School Home Economics or Hospitality classes and is not for personal use. Each school is eligible for one voucher only.
QMS will endeavour to link applicants with a member of the Scotch Butcher’s Club which is conveniently located to them. Schools in more remote locations or without a Scotch Butcher’s Club member nearby will be offered delivery from and approved butchers/providers. Vouchers are valid for the purchase of Scotch Beef UK GI, Scotch Lamb UK GI and Prime Scottish Pork only and are non-negotiable. Purchases of any other meats must be covered by the school.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change should be given. Purchases exceeding the voucher value must be paid for by the school.
Once issued, vouchers must be spent by Friday 12th February 2027.
QMS is not responsible or liable for any outbreaks of illness or food poisoning from the purchase of any food products.
