Hungry for some cooking inspiration? Check out our four part cooking series from Chef Gary Maclean, helping you turn your lockdown larder into a delicious family dinner.

Fancy giving one a try? Click the links below to watch.

In week 1, Gary created a delicious pan-seared Scotch Lamb Gigot steak with caponata and a bean salad.

View here.

Week 2 took us to Thailand with Gary’s aromatic Specially Selected Pork Loin Steaks Thai Green Curry with Chilli and Coriander Rice Noodles.

View here.

In week 3, Gary rustled up a delicious spring dinner – Scotch Flank Steak with rosti potatoes, mushrooms, kale, tomato, red onion, and asparagus.

View here.

Last but not least, Gary makes a slow-cooked brisket chilli using Scotch Beef, served with homemade guacamole and fluffy baked rice. Although, this recipe takes a little more planning and preparation it’s worth it – trust us!

So, which one are you going to try first? We hope you pick up some new skills and most importantly, enjoy cooking with Scotch Beef, Lamb and Specially Selected Pork.

We’d love to see your creations! #makeitscotch
